Welcome to the Focus Fitness Blog.

Welcome to the Focus Fitness blog where the focus is on health, fitness and general well being. I created this blog because as a personal trainer working with clients every day I am always receiving requests for nutritional advice, healthy recipes and many different forms of fitness advice. In the process of keeping my knowledge as up to date as possible I personally do a fair bit of reading in all of these areas and am always coming across useful books, websites, blogs, magazine articles etc. This blog will be a perfect way to share all of this interesting and useful information with you. I would love to hear any comments you may have regarding the information posted here and also pass on the message if you find any useful information of your own. Hopefully, we can have some fun along the way.

The low down on soft drinks

Soft drinks are something that people do not take into account when fighting the battle of the bulge. Be very careful with soft drinks, fruit juices, flavored 'healthy' waters and alcohol

Check out the web page below for the low down on soft drinks.

Let me know what you think.

  1. hello there. i'm just curious if you also travel abroad like by invitation to do such as demo practice or exercise? and do you have a special training like for those who have heart problems? i'm sure that their exercise or trainings is totally different from those who have sickness or physically fit.

  2. Hello.
Sorry haven't been very active on my blog recently hence the very late reply!
I am very busy in Hong Kong so haven't had the opportunity to travel with work yet but definitely would consider it in the future. I am currently doing a nutrition degree so steering things in that direction for the foreseeable future. I am trained to deal with those suffering from heart disease and yes, you do have to adapt the sessions accordingly. I like to start easy and build up very slowly. Thanks for the enquiry and the interest in my blog.
